Restore a previous purchase
All Sportsup packs are tied to your Apple ID, not to an account in our app. If you have reinstalled Sportsup, switched iPhones, or cannot see a pack you purchased: open Sportsup, go to Settings, scroll to Purchases, and tap Restore purchases. Apple will reattach every pack tied to the Apple ID currently signed in on the device.
If a pack still does not appear after a restore, confirm in iOS Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple at https://support.apple.com/HT204084. Sportsup cannot issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment details.
Privacy, data, and deletion requests
Sportsup has no user accounts. We only store anonymous gameplay events linked to a Privacy identifier that lives on your phone. To exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), email info@sportsup.se from any address and include the Privacy identifier shown under Sportsup > Settings > About > Privacy identifier. We will respond within 30 days.
If you simply want to stop sending events from this device, open Sportsup > Settings > About > Erase local privacy data. That clears the Privacy identifier, pending analytics, cached questions, and the age confirmation on this device. Purchases can still be restored from your Apple ID afterwards. You can also delete the app entirely. For complaints about how we handle your data you may contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at https://www.imy.se.
Report a bug or wrong question
Spotted a typo, an outdated stat, or a question with the wrong answer? Email info@sportsup.se with a screenshot if possible and the pack name. Question fixes ship in the next content update, usually within two weeks.
